As a Business Development Manager with a focus on client servicing, you will be the liaison between
our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in understanding client objectives, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the successful implementation of campaigns. Role & Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, cultivating strong relationships and understanding their business goals.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Media Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored digital media strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute media campaigns across various
channels, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation of media campaigns, monitoring performance and making datadriven optimizations to achieve client KPIs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement and present recommendations
to clients.
Budget Management:
- Manage client budgets effectively, providing recommendations for budget allocation based on campaign performance and goals.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in budget reporting to clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and present key insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 4-5 years of experience in media planning and client management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions
- Proven ability to develop and deliver successful media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, display, and video
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of the latest digital trends and technologies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
